Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in sales or any other relevant field of study.
- Between 8 to 10 years of experience in cargo sales or logistics management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and the local language.
- IT literacy (MS Office)
Preferred Skills:
- Must be able to lead employees and provide guidance and direction.
- Ability to troubleshoot performance and lead process improvement.
- Be skilled in interpersonal communications, leadership, delegation, collaboration, critical thinking and problem-solving.
- Strong client management skills and negotiation skills.
