Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Marketing Manager at Fits Cargo in Colombo. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting the marketing team in day-to-day tasks. Additionally, the Assistant Marketing Manager will assist in creating marketing materials, managing digital platforms, and fostering client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and executing marketing plans, identifying new market opportunities, and conducting market research.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, develop content, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, manage online presence, and collaborate on marketing materials.
- Support lead generation, maintain customer databases, and engage with customers through targeted communication.
- Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows, handling logistics and follow-ups.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, analyze data for insights, and manage the marketing budget efficiently.
Qualifications
- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Coordination, and Market Analysis skills
- Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and Client Relationship Management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
- 3 – 4 years of experience in Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
